How do I book an appointment?
Search for a salon by location (division, district, upazila, or area), open the salon page, select your services, and complete the booking. You can also scan a salon's QR code for quick access.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Contact the salon directly using the details on their page. Each salon manages their own cancellation and rescheduling policy.
I can't find a salon in my area. What should I do?
Try searching with a broader location (e.g., district instead of area). You can also suggest salons to join SalonGhor — ask your favourite salon to register!
What does chair status mean?
Chair status shows whether a chair is free, active (in use), or reserved. This helps you know the wait time before visiting.
For Business Owners
How do I register my salon?
Click "Register Business" or "List your business" and fill in your business details. You'll need your business name, address, phone, and location (division, district, upazila, area).
How do I add services and prices?
After logging in, go to Dashboard → Services. You can add services with names, durations, and prices in BDT.
How do I manage chair status?
Use the dashboard to update each chair's status (free, active, reserved). Customers see this in real time on your salon page.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the login page, click "Forgot password" and enter your email. We'll send you a link to reset it.
